AE&E Australia, based in North Ryde, Sydney, offers a full range of boiler and plant products and environmental protection systems for public, industrial and utility customers within one company. The company’s product portfolio includes industrial and waste heat recovery boilers, circulating and bubbling fluidised bed boilers, turnkey power plants and the related services and maintenance.

AE&E Australia is currently constructing the $500 million Worsley Multi-Fuel Cogen Power Plant. The power plant, which will be owned by Griffin Energy, is a key part of Worsley’s Efficiency and Growth Expansion Project. Griffin has contracted AE&E Australia to build the new power plant which will be operated and maintained by Worsley. The project site which is located 189 km south east of Perth currently has around 50 people on site, with an estimated peak of 300. The first of two Circulating Fluidised Bed boiler units is scheduled for testing and handover in early 2011 and the second around mid 2011.
